The program does not exist in English. It is only in Japanese, and it will stay that way unless you illegally change the program.

I would like to know about the tool that apparently fixes broken or incomplete line fragments. I saw it in one of the advertising videos and it seems very useful. does anybody know what i'm talking about?

It's in each pen you use. If it's been patched to be English, it's the "After Correction" one.
